Only certify the people who actually showed up. In CertFusion, import your Zoom meeting, set a "Min minutes attended" threshold, and click Apply filter. Anyone who attended for less than your threshold is automatically deselected, so only qualifying participants get added to your recipient list. The whole flow takes under a minute.
If you run recurring cohorts, training sessions, or accredited webinars, attendance time is often the line between "attended" and "completed." Someone who drops in for ninety seconds shouldn't receive the same certificate as someone who sat through the full session. CertFusion lets you enforce that rule directly from your Zoom attendance data, without exporting spreadsheets or hand-checking reports.
Before you start, make sure you have:

From your certificate, open the Recipients tab and click Add Recipients. If you haven't added anyone yet, you'll see the empty state with the same button in the middle.

In the "Add Recipients" dialog, find the Connect Integrations column, open the Choose dropdown, and select Zoom. This is also where you'd pick Typeform, Tally, Youform, or Google Forms for other workflows.

CertFusion shows that your Zoom account is connected. Keep Meetings selected to pull from a standard meeting (switch to Webinars if your session was a Zoom webinar).

Open the Select Meeting dropdown and pick the session you just ran. If you don't see it yet, use the refresh icon to re-sync your Zoom data, then try again.

This is the key step. CertFusion loads everyone who attended, along with each person's total time on the call. In the Min minutes attended field, type your threshold — for example, 10 — and click Apply filter.

In this example, three people attended: one for 10:28, one for 07:06, and one for 06:42. A 10-minute threshold qualifies only the first.
After you apply the filter, anyone below the threshold is unchecked automatically, and the import count updates to show how many people qualify — here, Import 1 of 3 Participants. You can still select or deselect individuals by hand if you need to make an exception.

Click Import, then Confirm Import in the dialog. CertFusion adds only the qualifying participants to your certificate's recipient list.

Your filtered attendees land in the Recipients tab with a Pending status, ready for you to issue certificates whenever you're set.

For CPD, CME, and CEU programs, time-in-session is frequently part of the accreditation requirement. Filtering by minutes attended gives you a clean, defensible record: every certificate maps to someone who met your attendance rule. It also saves you from manually cross-referencing a Zoom attendance report against your recipient list every time a cohort wraps.
It uses each participant's total time in the Zoom session, as reported by Zoom. CertFusion compares that total against the threshold you enter and keeps only the people who met or exceeded it.
Yes. The filter only changes which rows are checked. After applying it, you can manually select or deselect any participant before importing.
Participant duration data requires a Pro or higher Zoom plan, and webinar attendance requires the Webinar add-on. Also confirm the session has ended — durations are only available after a meeting finishes.
Zoom reports total time attended, which accounts for a participant rejoining. The value you see in CertFusion reflects that total.
Yes. Switch the source from Meetings to Webinars in the Import from Zoom panel, then follow the same filtering steps.
